MusicAuto is a platform that helps users transform music content into visual media and automate publishing to various social media platforms. The Service includes:

  • Integration with music platforms (Suno)
  • Visual content generation tools
  • Automated publishing to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X
  • Analytics and scheduling features

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
  • Content moderation decisions by third-party platforms
  • Account suspensions or penalties from third-party platforms

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures
  • Use automation to create accounts or abuse the Service

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MusicAuto AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
